He not only knows his business but has the gift of explaining things so the rest of us can understand. He's a creative thinker who can accomplish things no one else would think to try. For example, when we needed to replace our roof before refinancing, he found us the best roofer in our town who was able to do the work immediately. He's a great person as well as a great loan guy. He did exactly what he set out to do, get us a great loan with a great rate. We've done business with John for the last 5 loans/purchases we've done. We just keep coming back because he's so great at what he does. He answers his email on the weekends and late at night. No question is ever too crazy to ask. Believe me John knows his stuff!!!
