| The location doesn't get much better than this! Only 1 mile to downtown. We are in the wonderfully eclectic Hawthorne neighborhood, and right on 3 frequent service buslines. Four nicely furnished rooms with all utilities, Wi-Fi, cable TV in every room and use of large kitchen and laundry included. This is not a sub-let, so you don't have to live amongst someone else's stuff, meet their time constraints or take care of their yard or pets! Right next to two bus lines to downtown and one north and south --Nice house...clean, comfortable, safe, friendly and quiet --Large kitchen with lots of dry storage space and two refrigerators --Rooms are fully furnished, with locks, double bed, closet, linens, desk, chair, color television with 70 cable channels, DVD player and free Wi-Fi (802.11g) --Nice living room, with a 54-inch HDTV, VCR, DVD player and cable with over 200 channels, plus HBO and Starz! --A large fully-equipped kitchen, space for your bike in the foyer, washer and dryer for your use in the basement, iron and ironing board, etc. --2 minutes by bus to downtown, 15 mins to airport, 15 minutes to PSU, 20 mins to OHSU, 5 minutes to Oregon Convention Center --Good on-street parking --Please no in-house smokers, partiers or pets. --Stress free living at its best!
