Work with the VIDA collaborative to plan a comprehensive financial literacy curriculum targeted to education IDAs, provide access to IDAs and financial literacy training to geographically isolated populations, conduct outreach to potential IDA member agencies, and research consumer credit-builder loans for IDA participants.

Creating Assets Savings & Hope (CASH) Oregon http://www.cashoregon.org
Work with Board to increase tax-aide sites and volunteer base to expand EITC outreach to increase access by eligible individuals and families. Also work to evaluate Forum and increase membership to EITC and community support of CASH.

Increase student scholarships for low-income underserved individuals in Lincoln County and for low-income and Hispanic individuals for pre-nursing and nursing. Increase the capacity of WNHS’ asset-building strategies, which include the Linn-Benton MicroBusiness Program Financial Fitness and Homeownership Center by expanding and developing the outreach and marketing strategies as well as resource development opportunities for each program.
