Hey!

Got dust bunnies or cobwebs that drive you up the wall? Need some spring cleaning done but you don't have the time due to your busy schedule? Maybe you're a swinging bachelor wanting to impress the ladies with a clean pad. Or maybe you're a mom who is overwhelmed with domestic chores and you need a break. If so, I can help! Just a little FYI on me:

39 years of age.
Current college student at PCC Sylvania (I am in school both Tuesdays and Thursdays all day).
My availability is all day on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and some Saturdays.
Depenable and non-flakey.
I am english speaking and I do have references.
I work hard and take my time so it is done right the first time around.
I can housesit for you as well!

What I do:

Laundry and some light cooking if needed.
Move outs and apartment turnovers.
One time service.
Weekly service.
Bi-weekly service.
And even monthly service as needed.

My rates are as follows:

$12 an hour for housecleaning (you must have your own cleaning supplies and cleaning tools such as a vacuum, broom, mop, ect;)
$75 a day for house sitting (includes checking mail and some housecleaning as well.)

I am now taking appointments in NE, SE, NW and SW Portland only at this time that are accessible to Tri-Met. So please feel free to book your appointments ASAP!
