I offer professional on-site Mac consulting, support and tutoring.
Do you really need to know what a disk defrag is?  Most people don't.  I attempt to speak in non-technical terms for effective results.  The idea is getting your Mac to work for YOU, whatever your needs may be.

I am a Berkeley graduate and my references are impeccable.  I am on my way to Mac certification.  I have worked on Mac computers for 10 years and know their tricks and brilliance.  

New users, the technically challenged, students, seniors, anyone who dislikes reading manuals, and those who have recently switched to the Mac are all welcome.

Whatever your issues may be I can either fix them or teach you how.
I charge $40 and hour with a 2 hour on-site minimum.

I do not repair hardware.
