| ASPIRE- Access to Student assistance Programs in Reach of Everyone, is looking for adult volunteer mentors to work with high school students. ASPIRE is a free program designed to encourage all students, especially those who do not think of themselves as college bound, to consider education beyond high school. We ask that mentors pledge a year with the program, though if you can't do that you won't be turned away. Mentors are expected to spend at least 2 hours a week at the NELA center, attend a mandatory training, and attempt to attend all additional trainings that are offered.
