Need Outgoing Field Manager (Promotional job) - Portland

Need Experienced Field Manager to work a fun two day promo in Portland, OR. Individuals will guerilla and draw fans to participate in activity as well as give out prizes.

Promo FM Duties:

• Manage and execute all aspects of marketing program
  • Educate the consumers on the value of the brand
  • Guerilla marketing
  • Attract consumers to brand
  • Location evaluation
  • Gather consumer qualitative feedback and take photos and video
  • Manage a field staff
  • Report results back to Program Manager on regular basis

The Ideal Candidate should possess the following qualities:

• Experience managing events
• Experience managing staff
• Motivating manager with the ability to communicate goals effectively
• Previous marketing program experience
• Knowledge of brand management and guerilla marketing
• Knowledge of Greater Portland area
• Clean driving record/ background check
• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and budgets
• Responsible leader with excellent communication, time-management, and planning skills
• Ability to solve problems independently and evaluate scenarios with minimal supervision
• Outgoing personality
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Location: Portland, OR

You will be required to engage customers, manage on-site logistics, and complete daily status reports. Hours may vary each day, but approximately 10 working hours per day are expected. Position paid a flat daily rate regardless of hours worked. Competitive Salary. DOE.
