This employer has an immediate need for an experience office clerk with Bi-Lingual English/Spanish speaking skills. You will be responsible for filing for the accounting department, prepare invoices for mailing and maintain several filing systems. Relieve the reception desk and do some input into Excel. Should be flexible to maintain the office kitchen, make coffee and keep the supplies stocked. Strong benefit package.
