BE/BC Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician needed in Portland,Oregon. Seeking an IM or FP physician with experience in palliative care to join our endoflife care team. Ideal candidate will have the following: 1. extensive experience in the management of terminally ill patients 2. experience in a hospice medical director role 3. expertise in pain and symptom management 4. Palliative Care fellowship training preferred and 5. board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine preferred,and required within 2 years of starting employment. We are seeking a team player who is able to work collaboratively with attending physicians and be willing to participate in staff,volunteer,physician and community education in regard to hospice and palliative care.
