Job Description:
We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst willing to work with a variety of projects for State Healthcare customers. ACS Government Healthcare Solutions supports over 20 million Medicaid program recipients and processes over 475 million claims annually through our Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) and Prescription Benefits Management (PBM) applications.
1.Apply in-depth experience testing web-based business applications of an enterprise scale Unit/System testing of all modifications.
2.Implementation test plans and automated software testing procedures.
3.Acts independently, operating with general directions.
4.Perform function/regression testing to ensure that our applications meet the specifications of the functional requirements.
5.Perform comprehensive data integrity testing and defect reporting. Must track progress until resolution.
6.Develop accurate and consistent software quality assurance documentation including test plans and cases.
7.May participate in UAT and implementation as needed.
8.Strong knowledge and experience with QA processes and methodologies including participation in requirements sessions, use case reviews, design meetings, QA task planning, work effort estimations and risk mitigation skills as required on projects.
9.Be highly motivated individual familiar with QA process and the use of collaborative approaches to problem solving.
10.Experience with Web-based development in Java or other OO languages is required.
11.Experience with Automated testing systems such as Silk Central, Test Director, QACenter or ClearQuest is required.
12.Ability to interface successfully with clients and ACS’ personnel.
13.Ability to work effectively as part of a team environment.
14.Some travel may be necessary but is expected to be limited.
15.Commitment to producing quality (accurate, complete and clearly defined) user/client documentation and technical reports.
16.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
