Saucy Sauces Mama Mia! Saturday, November 3, 20075:00 pm to 8:00pm Come experience the classics of Italian cooking.  Experience the basics and complexities of 3 different sauce creations.  Develop a white sauce beginning with a roux sauce and building it to a sherry-dill cream sauce with scallops.  Create a meat sauce that tastes like it was made in Rome.  Enjoy a light red sauce combined with clams and experience seafood in a whole new way.  This class is meant for individuals looking to improve their skills in the kitchen and develop a deeper understanding of sauce preparations. Taught by Chef Rodolfo this class will teach the basic elements of the red sauce, meat sauce and white wine sauce. His teaching style is fun, respectful, and refreshing.  He has a unique ability to teach health-based cooking classes to people of all skill levels. He has taught classes ranging in size from 1-on-1 to large, corporate team-building events.
